OMNI Solutions is an ICT services and consultancy firm. OMNI solution was formed by the merger of Socnet consulting and Eight Technologies Ltd, both of which have been growing ICT firms in Uganda. The idea behind the merger was to develop a much more versatile and talented firm drawing from the immense expertise of its directors and strengths of the two companies in various disciplines.OMNI Solutions Limited was established and incorporated in Uganda in February 2011 as a company focusing on ICT Consulting, product development and sales and value added services.
